- 1 medium head of cauliflower about 500g, grated
- 1-2 tablespoons potato starch as the binder
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese optional, for extra flavor
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or butter for frying
Mix the Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cauliflower with the potato starch, parmesan cheese (if using), minced garlic, and salt and pepper.
Mix until the mixture holds together.
